Yes, you can permitted to do evil in order to bring good. Life is not fair at first and this is the choice of the person. Most people would said no but they never been in that position from the start. If the person have to do something evil thing to do good that may come to case. Because evil thing is going to happen like it or not.
I believe that sometimes a evil should and can be permitted in case of war or self-defense.In cases of war I believe that an act of evil like murder should.In battle if you do not kill the other solider your life is at risk so it's kill or get killed.in cases of self defense the same theory .These are two things i believe is acceptable purpose to kill a person.I don't know if god will forgive for any killing but life should not be taken only if your'es is at risk.
